[22p-P07-8] Fabrication and evaluation of ternary blend organic thin-film solar cell including metal complexes

In this study, ternary organic solar cells including Ni(Et-dtb)2, a dithiobenzoic acid derivative, were fabricated in the active layer. 2 wt% of Ni(Et-dtb)2 was added to the active layer and the J-V measurements showed a slight increase in the short-circuit current density (Jsc) and a clear improvement in the fill factor. Ni(Et-dtb)2 at 2 wt% was observed. Currently, we are also working on the fabrication of organic thin film solar cells with porphyrin metal complexes, and we will report on the organic thin film solar cells with various metal complexes.
