[22p-P09-10] Development of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism of miRNA using Tag-primer in PCR

MicroRNA (miRNA) is a single-stranded RNA molecule of 20-25 bases in length and is involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional expression of genes in eukaryotes. There are a lot of method the miRNA detection system, but may not be sensitive enough to detect less abundant miRNAs. In this paper, we developed the new type of simple and high sensitive miRNA detection system using RT and PCR primers having DNA tag, and RT-Primers.
