[22p-P09-2] Development of Wirelessly Powered, Thin-Film Light Emitting Device
Keywords:Polymer thin-film, printed electronics, Light emitting device
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a treatment method that induces cancer cell death using reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by irradiating light onto a tumor in which a photosensitizer has accumulated. In this study, we fabricated thin-film antenna coils consisting of poly(lactic acid) and gold nano-ink by ink-jet printing, and mounted LEDs and a rectifier circuit consisting of capacitors on the coils to create a thin-film light-emitting device that can be operated by wireless power supply. In this presentation, we will focus on the discussion of each element necessary for the fabrication of thin-film devices.
