[23a-P02-22] Artificial neurons using multiple-input floating-gate organic transistors

In recent years, the field of neuromorphic devices, which mimics the function of biological neurons and synapses, has been attracting attention. Although there have been few reports on the implementation of neural devices using organic materials, it is expected that a wide variety of artificial neurons can be implemented using organic materials, and that neural devices with response speed close to that of actual neurons can be realized. In this paper, we report the fabrication of an artificial neuron using a novel device structure, a multi-input floating gate organic transistor.
