[23a-P07-3] Polymorphic transformation mechanism and kinetic study in MnTe semiconductor films

MnTe polymorphic film is expected to be applied for various kinds of semiconductor devices, for example non-volatile memory and optical disc,because it shows low energy and fast switching in electrical and optical properties via displacive polymorphic transformation. In this presentation, we report detailed polymorphic transformation mechanism and its kinetic study by thermal analysis using differential scanning calorimetry.
