[23p-P02-8] Hydrothermal Synthesis for ZnAl₂O₄

This study successfully fabricated ZnAl₂O₄ by hydrothermal synthesis technique. This fabrication technique can be applicable for the continuous synthesis with using flow-type reaction system of hydrothermal reaction, since the precursor is stable liquid solution. This advantage enables us to prepare ZnAl₂O₄ with high homogeneity at high temperature. In addition, our technique is basically applicable for the other spinel oxide synthesis. Especially, it is useful for synthesizing MAl₂O₄ (M: transition metal) series which is difficult to fabricate by typical hydrothermal synthesis.
