[23p-P11-14] Molecular dynamics study of vibration characteristics of electron-irradiated graphene

The vibration characteristics of graphene modified by electron beam irradiation were analyzed by molecular dynamics. The structure of the electron-irradiated graphene was also reproduced by molecular dynamics.The electron irradiation effect to the carbon atoms in the graphene was introduced based on the collision cross section. As the electron irradiation time increased, the number of defects increased. The frequency decreased accordingly, and the vibration characteristics of graphene tended to deteriorate.
