Molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) has attracted a great deal of attention as a new two-dimensional material for electronic and optical devices. In this presentation, we report the photoresponsive properties of source-drain current (I_ds) of FETs based on mechanically exfoliated MoS₂ in a gaseous atmosphere.
