Research on the fabrication of electronic devices such as electronic circuits and sensors that apply printing technology is being actively conducted. High-performance organic transistors and resistors are indispensable for their realization, but little research has been done on printed resistors. Therefore, in this research, we conducted research with the aim of manufacturing resistors with a wide range of resistance values and temperature sensors with a high temperature coefficient using a printing method, based on the control of conductivity of polymer semiconductors by chemical doping.
