Cellulose nanofiber (CNF) films are expected to be used as substrates for thin-film devices because of their excellent physical properties such as high visible light transmittance, mechanical toughness, and high environmental friendliness. There have been reports of various thin-film devices formed on CNF films, and we are currently interested in forming sensors using metal particle arrays on CNF films. In this study, we investigated the effect of the amount of Au particles deposited on the CNF film on the conductance and the effect of the curvature of the CNF film on the conductance of the Au particle network.
