[16a-Z03-5] Study of the structure and electronic state of atomic-layer materials by using positron and photon beams

In this study, we have investigated the physical properties of atomic-layer materials by structural analysis using total-reflection high-energy positron diffraction (TRHEPD) and electronic structure observation using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). In this talk, we will discuss the superconducting properties in the graphene-interlayer compound C6CaC6, the substrate dependence of the nodal-line electronic state in the copper silicide Cu2Si, and how to control the Dirac electronic state in Pb-deposited graphene.
