Keywords:semiconducting polymers, organic solar cells, conjugated polymers

In order to develop new wide-bandgap p-type semiconducting polymers for non-fullerene solar cells, two types of benzodithiophene-alkoxy-substituted anthrabisthiadiazole copolymers with different side chains were synthesized. Furthermore, the physicochemical properties, thin-film structures, and photovoltaic properties of non-fullerene solar cells fabricated utilizing a representative low-bandgap n-type semiconductor Y6 were also evaluated.
