[16a-Z30-11] Dynamics of Sulfur-Assisted Iron Nanoparticles on Carbon Nanotube Growth

In the FC-CVD method, it has been known experimentally that the growth efficiency of CNTs is significantly increased by the addition of sulfur species. However, the dynamic effect of sulfur is not well understood yet. In this study, we report the effect of thiophene on the size of catalyst particles and reaction gases under several stages of the CNT growth process.
