We aim to apply the THz time-domain spectroscopy method to graphene analysis. So far, graphene has been considered as a three-dimensional structure with a thickness of 0.3 nm and analyzed optically. However, this model has a problem that the thickness variation and the effective mass of graphene cause errors in the electrical properties. In order to solve this problem, we developed an electrical circuit model that treats graphene as a thin film of infinitesimal thickness with impedance Zg, which is independent of thickness and effective mass.
