[16p-P04-10] Effects of Rectangular Magnet added to the Stator on Superconducting Magnetic Levitation

We proposed a hybrid stator composed of a superconductor and a ring-shaped permanent magnet to improve the levitation stability by increasing the magnetic stiffness of the supercon-ducting levitation[1]. In this study, in order to obtain a profound knowledge, we measured the magnetic force of the levitating magnet when a rectangular magnet was added to the bottom of the rectangular superconductor, and examined the effect on levitation stability.
