近年、半導体製造の現場では急速に『Industry4.0』への対応が進んでおり、SONYではBigDataとAIの活用につき『SmartFactory Project』として展開中である。このPjの概要とカギとなるAI応用技術に関して、統計解析を用いた数値予測およびDeepLearningを利用した画像認識の観点にて、その適用形態と解析/モデリング技術について講演する。
