The effects of Se supply on Cu2Zn(Sn1-xGe x)Se4 (CZTGSe)solar cells were investigated. CZTGSe films were grown by thermal deposition using a co-evaporation method. We controlled Se supply temperature.The current-voltage measurements and external quantum efficiency (EQE)were conducted. In conclusion, when Se supply temperature increased, conversion efficiency and short-circuit current increased.
