We performed single-shot-measurement of superfluorescent spectra from CuCl quantum dot assembly to observe fluctuations of the superfluorescence which is caused by spontaneous formation of coherent interactions between the quantum dots. As a result, the fluctuations decreased by increasing the excitation density. We think that this resulted from observation of multiple superfluorecent radiations for a single shot because the excitation length is longer than the coherent length.
