[16p-Z17-2] Super-Oriented Thin Film and Control of Orientation Direction of Donor-Acceptor Conjugated Polymer by “Slow Bar-coating Method” II

The high oriented thin film of conjugated polymer PDPP-DTT by slow bar-coating and control of orientation direction by adjusting solution concentration are reported. The orientation degree of the polymeric main chain reached 0.9, which means the main chain was aligned almost perfectly. Furthermore, adjusting the solution concentration realize the aligned thin film with the main chain oriented parallel or perpendicular to the coating direction. The hole mobility of the thin film was measured by thin film transistor with the oriented film. The effectiveness of orientation control for improving electrical property was demonstrated.
