[16p-Z18-4] Operando ESR spectroscopy study of charge/spin states in blue light-emitting electrochemical cells with triplet-triplet annihilation
Keywords:Electron Spin Resonance, Light-emitting Electrochemical Cell, Triplet-Triplet Annihilation
In this study, we attempted to identify the doping process by changing the materials used for the light-emitting polymer in the luminescent electrochemical cell (LEC). The LECs were fabricated using Host polymer and triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) polymer as the luminescent polymers, and the long-lived charge states during drive were studied from a microscopic point of view by operando electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. As a result, we have observed ESR signals that are derived from the luminescent polymer in each of the three types of LECs and identified the doping process for each LEC.
