[16p-Z19-10] Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in Cu2Sb-typye (Mn-Cr)AlGe films: Mg-interface layer effect

Mg-insertion effect was investigated in perpendicularly magnetized (Mn-Cr)AlGe films with MgO/(Mn-Cr)AlGe/MgO structure using thermally oxidized silicon substrates. After optimization, we sucesseeded in realizing relatively high Ku for a thickness range of few nanometer of the (Mn-Cr)AlGe samples.
