[16p-Z20-1] [Young Scientist Presentation Award Speech] Carrier-density Dependence of Hall Mobilities in CH3NH3PbBr3 Single Crystals
Keywords:perovskite, CH3NH3PbBr3, mobility
We will discuss the physical mechanism of carrier-density dependence of Hall mobilities in lead halide perovskites based on Carrier-Resolved Photo-Hall Measurement of CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystal. We have performed the measurement under a green laser at 555 nm wavelength to excite photocarriers uniformly in the sample. The maximum hole and electron mobilities obtained were respectively 322 cm2/Vs and 318 cm2/Vs at the photocarrier density of 3.2×1013 cm-3. Also, the carrier mobilities changed with the photocarrier density to the power of 0.5.
