[16p-Z20-4] Tetragonal-orthorhombic mixed crystalline structure of CH3NH3PbI3 prepared by alternate laser deposition

We have been studying the formation of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) by alternate laser deposition of PbI2 and CH3NH3I (MAI) to elucidate the growth mechanism and realize the structural control of MAPbI3. The MAPbI3 fabricated in this study has a specific structure that contains the orthorhombic phase, which usually appears below 161 K, and the mixed ratio of the tetragonal and orthorhombic phases systematically varies with the thickness of the PbI2 layer. We will discuss the correlation between the layered structure and the properties of the thin films.
