MAPbI3 films were deposited by the hot-wall method and applied to the fabrication of inverted planar perovskite solar cells. The power conversion efficiency was improved by annealing the MAPbI3 film under MAI vapor. We will discuss the post-annealing effects from the viewpoint of crystal quality.
