[16p-Z22-1] Biofluorometric imaging system with UV-LED ring light for transcutaneous gases

A gas imaging system for transcutaneous ethanol (or acetaldehyde) vapor has been developed using a biofluorometric unit with an ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase) mesh and a UV-LED ring light. The system was possible to image the concentration distribution of standard ethanol (or acetaldehyde) in the gas phase. And the imaging of transcutaneous ethanol (or acetaldehyde) vapor after drinking has also been successful with the imaging system with a fitting device on the skin surface.
