We are developing perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells to overcome the power conversion efficiency of silicon solar cells. We demonstrated the open circuit voltage (~ 1.5 V) more than doubles of conventional silicon solar cells. The power conversion efficiency was increased in a week. The phenomenon occurred by spattering of TCO onto the tandem cells.
