本研究では，トンネルトランジスタの量子輸送シミュレーションの計算量削減を目指し，目標とする系の実バンド構造だけでなく，複素バンド構造も再現する等価なハミルトニアンを構築する方法を開発した．その後，構築した等価ハミルトニアンを用いて，​直接遷移型半導体ナノワイヤにおけるバンド間トンネル確率を計算し，等価ハミルトニアンの性能評価を行った．
