We developed simple transfer techniques toward flexible electrical device applications of SWCNT films. SWCNT ink was spin-coated on Cu substrates and heat-treated to remove the solvent and dispersants. After heat-treated, PMMA was spin-coated on the surface of the SWCNTs films. The Cu substrates were then etched away and the flexible and high conductive SWCNTs films were transferred onto PET and paper substrates. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was carried out to verify the presence of residual material.
