[17a-Z06-3] Realtime observation of Ge(110)-16×2 reconstruction structure growth

Ge(110)-16×2 reconstruction structure growth was obseved by using scanning tunneling microscope. This observation revealed position of nucleation of reconstruction structure and structural change. In the presentation, we will discuss about the growth mechanism of Ge(110)-16×2 reconstruction structure.
