We talk about a nonvolatile mid-infrared optical phase shifter based on GST, which is one of the most common phase change materials. In the JSAP Autumn Meeting 2020, we reported a mid-infrared optical phase shifter operating at the wavelength of 2 um. In this presentation, we report the phase shift and loss at 2.4 um and show the reduction of the loss compared with that at 2 um.
