[17a-Z13-3] Cell separation utilizing difference in the acoustic properties
In a wide range of fields such as diagnostic medicine and regenerative medicine, the operation of separating specific cells from a cell population is indispensable. Existing cell separation techniques include centrifugation, flow cytometry, and magnetic cell separation, but there are problems with recovery rate and cost. Therefore, in this study, we investigated cell separation by ultrasonic waves using the acoustic characteristics of cells in a channel created on a glass substrate.
