△ [17a-Z22-6] Crosstalk Evaluation for Design Guide to Fast Microwave Multiplexers Cooperative with Optical Transition-Edge Sensors
Keywords:microwave SQUID, Transition Edge Sensor (TES)
Frequency division multiplexing using microwave SQUIDs (MW-Mux) is a technique that dramatically reduces the number of wires required for readout of multi-pixel detectors compared to conventional multiplexing techniques. We are developing this technology as a readout circuit for high-speed signals from a photoconductive transition edge sensor (TES) in a cryogenic environment. In the multiplexed readout of TES, the degradation of detection performance due to inter-wire crosstalk must be considered not only in the TES detector but also in the multiplexed readout circuit. In this presentation, we report the first study on the evaluation of crosstalk and its relationship with parameters of a high-speed MW-Mux circuit for optical TES.
