[17a-Z35-10] Three-terminal solar cell with embedded nanostructure

In the concept of solar cells, the point is an electrically independent intermediate band. Until now, in solar cells using nanostructures, the open circuit voltage has been lowered by inserting nanostructures, and efficiency has not been improved. Therefore, we considered a three-terminal solar cell device that has direct electrical contact with the embedded nanostructure. In this presentation, we will report on the experimental results of this device fabrication and basic characteristics.
