In recent years, covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have attracted attentions as new semiconductor materials. In this study, we produced a two-dimensional polymer thin film with extention of π-conjugations by reacting different types of monomers on a substrate using Schiff base. We also evaluated the structure and electrical property of the COF thin film.
