We have focused on TPFB as an additive to PTAA, which is used as a hole transport layer (HTL) in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). In this study, we investigated the effect of the molecular weight of PTAA and the amount of TPFB on the conductivity of the thin film and the HTL of the PSC. The results showed that the addition of optimum amount of TPFB increased the conductivity by 4 orders of magnitude compared to the undoped films. It was also found that the amount of TPFB added to maximize the conductivity depended on the molecular weight of PTAA, and the optimum amount of TPFB added also increased with increasing molecular weight.
