With the miniaturization of power electronics equipments and the practical application of wide bandgap semiconductors, the heat generation density of the power electronics equipments is increasing, and thermal management of the equipments is becoming important. In this presentation, we will introduce the basic concept of thermal management of the power electronics equipments and actual examples of thermal management of the power electronics. Further, we will discuss future prospects of thermal management of the power electronics.
