[17p-Z05-2] Dynamics of Laser Induced Periodic Surface Structures Produced by Two Color double pulse beam

When laser plasma pulse was irradiated on a material surface, the laser ablation was occurred and the laser induce periodc surface struncutures (LIPSS) was formated. Since laser plasma (electron density) was chaned, effect of the LIPSS periodicity could be expected. In the experiment of two color double pulse laser, we foud that laser ablation suppression was occurred between surface plasma and solid surface, and its periodicity was detrmined by the longer wavelegth of laser. In this talk, we will report the laser plasma denslty is expanding after irradiating the laser plasma pulse.
