レーザー誘起周期構造（LIPSS）をデバイス等へ機能的に応用するため，LIPSSの形状・結晶状態の把握と形成制御が重要だと考える．本研究では，LIPSSの結晶状態の被加工材料依存，レーザーパルス幅依存，またLIPSSの形状や周期の積極的制御について発表する．
