I have worked on biological applications of nanodiamond quantum thermometers. Nanodiamonds were intrduced into cultured cells and nematode worms and the temperature was probed using quantum sensing protocol. I will talk about the details of these experimens and will discuss future challenges of nanodiamond quantum thermometers for biological applications.
