Recently, topological magnets showing a large anomalous Nernst effect have attracted much attention. Although the topological ferromagnet D03-Fe3X (X = Ga, Al), having a nodal-web in momentum space, is a binary metal composed of relatively inexpensive elements, its anomalous Nernst effect comparable to the previously reported maximum value of ~6 μV/K has been observed in the bulk single crystals at room temperature. In this work, we have prepared D03-Fe3X (X = Ga, Al) single crystal thin films. We will report the anomalous Nernst effect in the thin films.
