インピーダンススペクトロスコピー法の基になっている非定常状態の1次元熱伝導方程式に基づき、熱電素子の等価回路で近似をした新たなモデルより、時間軸を用いて短時間で無次元性能指数zTを正確に決定できることを提案し実験で実証する。
