We have measured the resistivity along the ab-plane (ρab) and c-axis (ρc) using NdFeAs(O,H) thin films epitaxially grown on vicinal-cut substrates. ρc is larger than ρab, and both show metallic behaviors. The anisotropy of the resistivity of NdFeAs(O,H) is 17 at 300K, which is about a quarter of that of NdFeAs(O,F). This difference is getting larger with decreasing temperature, and becomes one-fifth at 50K.
