[17p-Z21-1] Study on Effect of Ca doping on YBa₂Cu₃O_y Films Deposited on Metal Substrates with Various Misorientations

In this study, YBa₂Cu₃O_y film and Y_0.7Ca_0.3Ba₂Cu₃O_y film were prepared on metal substrates having intermediate layers with different orientations for the purpose of improving J_c of REBCO tape with low orientation that can reduce the production cost. J_c were evaluated on different in-plane orientations at various magnetic fields and temperatures for the Ca doping effect of the prepared film.
