Keywords:kinetic inductance detector, radiation detector

We have been developing lumped constant dynamic inductance detectors for alpha-ray cameras. LEKID can easily set the resonance frequency by the shape of the inductance part. When high energy destroys the Cooper pair of superconducting lines, the mechanical inductance changes and the resonant frequency proportional to LC decreases. Using this characteristic, energy resolution can be obtained by detecting a voltage pulse.
