[17p-Z22-6] Phase velocity control on a superconducting transmission line for sub-mm on-chip FTS
Keywords:Kinetic inductance detecter, radiation detector
I have been developing a spectrometer using a superconducting resonator filter bank, but in order to improve the frequency resolution, I will adopt an on-chip Fourier spectrometer (on-chip FTS) using a superconducting transmission line.
In this talk, we will report on the results of principle verification in the microwave band regarding phase control using superconducting transmission lines, which is the key to on-chip FTS development. Niobium (Nb) and niobium nitride (TiN) are used as superconducting materials, and their characteristics are compared.
