近年、フォトリソグラフィを用いて作製可能な線幅1 μm以上の超伝導マイクロストリップを用いて単一光子検出が可能であることが実証され、量産化や大規模アレイ化を容易にする技術として、その可能性が期待されている。今回我々は、フォトリソグラフィを用いてメアンダ型のNbTiN超伝導マイクロストリップ単一光子検出器を作製し、その単一光子応答を評価したので報告する。
