Keywords:Perovskite quantum dots, Blue-emission, Quantum confinement effect

Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have reproducible emission color in visible light range by controlling halogen composition. However, blue emissive PeQDs with two type halogens show phase separation of halogens with applying voltage and the color of electroluminescence (EL) is changed from blue to green. Here, we have synthesized single halide blue emissive PeQDs with quantum confinement effects that can be expected to stabilize the color of EL by suppressing crystal growth at room temperature.
