Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have attracted due to their excellent optical properties and investigated for various applications such as light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and color conversion filters. Although, they are suffering from their instability, which is attributed to the detachment of their surface ligands. In this work, a novel cross-linkable ligand was synthesized for the prevention of their detachment from the surface of PeQDs, and the formation of a pseudo shell layer. After that, we prepared PeQDs with highly luminesces by ligand assisted reprecipitation. After preparation of films using the obtained PeQDs, to form a pseudo shell layer, the film was irradiated UV light in a glove box for cross-linking of the surface ligand. As a result, PeQDs with synthesized ligand were successfully improved their stability against water and polar solvents.
