[17p-Z35-5] Effects of He Ion and Electron Beam Irradiation on Substrate-type CdTe Solar Cell Dosimeter

We proposed a high-dose radiation measurement system based on dosimeter using solar cell , and reported that superstrate-type CdTe solar cell is suitable for gamma-ray detection. However, for the detection of alpha and beta radiation, the substrate-type CdTe solar cell is suitable because it can be exposed and directly absorbed. In this work, we investigated the irradiation of He ions and electron beams to the substrate-type CdTe solar cells.
