[18a-Z08-6] Remote Excitation Tip-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy using Plasmonic Nanowire

In this presentation, we report our recent development of remote excitation tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy using chemically synthesized silver nanowires. We fabricated gold nanoparticles on silver nanowire probe by using site-specific photo-deposition technique, which is employed as an in-coupling point on the silver nanowire plasmonic waveguide. With the gold nanoparticle decorated silver nanowire probes, we performed mechanochemical characterization of semiconductor fin structures.
